Attention ALL employees, We have recently started a Customer rewards program on our website, Smokeinn.com… This is an ONLINE ONLY program. If customers come in and ask if it is an in store program you need to make it clear it is ONLINE ONLY. If they ask why we do not offer it in store explain to them that IN STORE BOX purchases get a 20% discount, which we DO NOT do on our website and that is why we are extending this offer to online customers.
