The “Line” texting/messaging app is now going to be used for all Smoke Inn internal employee communication. It is MANDATORY that ALL employees install this app, it is available for IOS & Android (links are below).
Once you install the app, send a message to the username “cigarabe” to be added to the Smoke Inn group (if you haven’t done so already). ANY employee who does not follow these instructions wiil have their next paycheck held until they do so.

If customers come in and ask if it is an in store program you need to make it clear it is ONLINE ONLY. If they ask why we do not offer it in store explain to them that IN STORE BOX purchases get a 20% discount, which we DO NOT do on our website and that is why we are extending this offer to online customers.
